My dog is a little shih tzu and the size L of the bag fits perfectly. She is about 44 in length if I am not mistaken, but if she is in doubt and thinks that she is extremely large for her little breed dog she is wrong. Regarding the material of the product I have no complaints, it is quite good for what it costs. It also has external pockets in case it is urgent to store things while carrying your pet. I highly recommend this product.
